Hi, I'm Juel.

I help people see and shift the patterns through which they experience themselves and others.

I do this by returning attention to the intelligence of the body, so they can live, relate, and lead with presence, resilience, and truth.

Most of us learn how to get through.
To cope. To perform. To adapt.

Often at the cost of staying in contact with ourselves.

 

My work is an invitation to come back into that contact.

 

Back to sensation.
Back to rhythm.
Back to the quiet, intelligent signals that live beneath thought.

I don’t work by fixing or pushing.

I work by slowing things down enough for what is happening to become visible — and for the body to be included again in how meaning is made.

Everything I offer begins in the body...

Because the body remembers what the mind has learned to override.
Because insight alone does not reorganize nervous system patterns.
Because real change happens when awareness, sensation, and safety meet over time.

My work is somatic, trauma-informed, and rooted in nervous system awareness.

We listen for what is underneath the story:

  • the freeze

  • the holding

  • the bracing

  • the collapse

  • the places where experience got interrupted or adapted

 

And we begin to meet those places with awareness that can stay.

 

Together, we create space to:

  • feel what is actually here, without overriding it

  • soften what has been held for too long

  • rebuild trust with the body’s timing and signals

  • recognize and shift relational and emotional patterns as they arise

  • live and lead from a more integrated internal place

 

This work is layered. It unfolds slowly. It is relational.

Nothing is forced. Nothing is bypassed.

Change happens through contact — not intensity.

What we work with:

perceptual and meaning-making patterns

  • emotional and relational adaptation

  • identity structures

  • nervous system responses

  • projection and reactivity

  • internal protective systems

 

My approach includes:

  • embodied inquiry

  • pattern recognition in real time

  • systems mapping of inner experience

  • relational reflection of unconscious dynamics

  • multi-framework translation (parts work, somatics, NLP, and more)

 

These are not methods I “apply.”

They are ways of listening to what is happening.

 

Who I tend to work with:

Many of the people who find their way to me are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. Leaders, creatives, facilitators, space holders — people who carry a lot and care deeply.

And still, something does not fully land.

Patterns repeat.

Exhaustion lingers.

There is insight, but not integration.

This is not a personal failure.

It is often a sign that the body, and the deeper perceptual system, has not yet been fully included in the process of understanding.

This is the inner landscape of leadership.

There is intelligence beneath the noise.

Breathe. Move. Embody. Create. Enliven. Love.

I have been working with people for over 14 years, one-on-one, in groups, and in institutional spaces — supporting awareness, relational capacity, and embodied resilience.

My path into this work was not linear. Like many, I learned to adapt early. Eventually, burnout and relational rupture slowed me down enough to listen differently.

The body became my teacher.

What I share now comes from lived practice — shaped by years of facilitation and an ongoing relationship with my own nervous system.

I am not interested in perfect answers.

I am interested in what is honest, embodied, and alive.

What guides my work

I believe:

  • the body is intelligent

  • safety cannot be rushed

  • perception shapes experience

  • every pattern once had a purpose

  • presence changes what becomes possible

 

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about becoming conscious of what is already happening —
and learning how to live from there.

I’ve participated in Juel’s 3-week-course ‘Get it out: Healing Anger - Emotional Release’ and I’m so glad I did. This course has given me so much... I, and many women with me I think, have always been taught not to express my anger, but instead be polite, be nice, be kind. This course has taught me how to tap into my anger in a way that I feel empowered and strong. I have learned to not fight my anger but to embrace it and use it even… I love how Juel focusses on the physical aspect of emotions and leads us away from our analytical mind that loves creating stories, rationalizing, explaining… “stay with your feelings, where do you feel it in the body, what do you feel, can you give it space?”… To be able to really feel, express and let go of emotions such as anger, pain and grief in a group of women, felt very liberating and special and I’m very grateful for this experience. Also Juel has given us tools to bring home and continue our practice by ourselves.. something I’m enjoying quite a lot. Before I’ve always felt stuck and helpless when experiencing anger, not knowing how to deal with it, or dealing with it in a destructive matter and now I’m ‘armed’ with a set of tools and exercises I can turn to whenever I want. I think this course helped me greatly on my path of healing and acceptance and getting in tune with myself and I would recommend it to every woman out there!
