Hi, I'm Juel.

I help people return to the intelligence of their bodies

 

so they can live, relate, and lead with presence, resilience, and truth.

Most of us have learned how to get through.
To cope. To perform. To adapt.
Often at the cost of our bodies.

My work is an invitation to come back.

Back to sensation.
Back to rhythm.
Back to the quiet, honest intelligence that lives beneath thought.

I don’t work by fixing or pushing.


I work by slowing things down enough for the body to speak.

Everything I offer begins in the body...

Because the body remembers what the mind has learned to override.
Because insight alone doesn’t shift what lives in the nervous system.
Because real change happens when safety, sensation, and meaning meet.

My work is somatic, trauma-informed, and rooted in nervous system awareness. We listen for what’s underneath the story — the freeze, the holding, the bracing, the collapse, the places that never quite got to move or be met.

Together, we create space to:

  • feel what’s actually here

  • soften what’s been holding for too long

  • rebuild trust with your body’s timing and signals

  • lead, choose, and relate from a deeper place inside

 

This work is layered. It unfolds slowly. It’s relational.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is bypassed.

Who I tend to work with

Many of the people who find their way to me are already thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. They’re leaders, creatives, facilitators, space holders — people who care deeply and often carry a lot.

And still, something feels off.

Patterns repeat. Exhaustion lingers.
There’s insight, but not relief.

This isn’t a personal failure.


It’s often a sign that the body hasn’t been included yet.

This is the inner landscape of leadership.

There is wisdom beneath the noise.

I’ve been guiding people for over 14 years — one-on-one, in groups, and in institutional spaces — supporting awareness, resilience, and relational capacity.

My path into this work wasn’t linear. Like many, I learned early how to adapt, support, and override myself. Burnout, identity rupture, and relational pain eventually slowed me down enough to listen differently.

The body became my teacher.

What I share now comes from lived practice — shaped by years of facilitation, study, and an ongoing relationship with my own nervous system.

 

I’m not interested in perfect answers.

I’m interested in what’s honest, ethical, and alive.

What guides my work

I believe:

  • the body is intelligent

  • safety can’t be rushed

  • depth matters

  • every pattern once had a purpose

  • presence changes everything

 

This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
 

It’s about remembering what’s already here

— and learning how to live from it.

I’ve participated in Juel’s 3-week-course ‘Get it out: Healing Anger - Emotional Release’ and I’m so glad I did. This course has given me so much... I, and many women with me I think, have always been taught not to express my anger, but instead be polite, be nice, be kind. This course has taught me how to tap into my anger in a way that I feel empowered and strong. I have learned to not fight my anger but to embrace it and use it even… I love how Juel focusses on the physical aspect of emotions and leads us away from our analytical mind that loves creating stories, rationalizing, explaining… “stay with your feelings, where do you feel it in the body, what do you feel, can you give it space?”… To be able to really feel, express and let go of emotions such as anger, pain and grief in a group of women, felt very liberating and special and I’m very grateful for this experience. Also Juel has given us tools to bring home and continue our practice by ourselves.. something I’m enjoying quite a lot. Before I’ve always felt stuck and helpless when experiencing anger, not knowing how to deal with it, or dealing with it in a destructive matter and now I’m ‘armed’ with a set of tools and exercises I can turn to whenever I want. I think this course helped me greatly on my path of healing and acceptance and getting in tune with myself and I would recommend it to every woman out there!
