Here's a short Yoni meditation journey that starts with opening to your Core channel frequencies to tune into the vibrations of your womb and her expression in your body.
Movement is optional: if you want to allow for any hip movement that may arise, laying on the ground with knees bent and unlocked, with feet flat on the floor is recommended.
It is a beautiful addition to any yoni work you are currently practicing.
