How to Clear & Heal your Womb

Hey Love,

This is a loving 13-minute journey into deep healing connection with your womb and pelvic bowl space. Using visualization and sound to energetically clear and cleanse with a slow rotation of the hips. This movement supports release into the earth energy.

For this exercise, I suggest that you sit on your heels with a bolster or large pillow between the legs to support you. If this is uncomfortable, other options would be to sit cross legged, or laying down on your back with knees bent for free hip movement.

It is a beautiful addition to any yoni work you are currently practicing. And can be supportive in the healing of miscarriage, termination, stillbirth.
