A return to what’s true — beneath the stories, strategies, and survival. 8 x 1:1 sessions (1,5hrs each) Maybe you’ve already done therapy. You’ve talked it through. You’ve found insight, maybe even relief. But something still lingers — the feeling lives in your body, or the patterns keep repeating. You’re not broken — your system just hasn’t had the right kind of space. The Deepening offers that space: a place to move at the speed of your body, not your mind. This is an intuitive, layered journey to meet the parts of yourself you’ve outpaced or ignored, and to move forward from a place of inner coherence. We follow what’s alive in you — the subtle, the loud, the unspoken — working with your system on many levels: body, mind, heart, and nervous system. You don’t need a goal to start. You just need to be curious. We work relationally and intuitively — listening for what wants to move, soften, or be known. Sessions may include somatic awareness, parts dialogue, emotional processing, breath, spacious inquiry, or silence. Always co-created. Always attuned. This journey is for you if: • You’ve done therapy or personal development but still feel stuck in old patterns or emotional loops • Talking about it helped — but didn’t change it • You feel overwhelmed, numb, or burned out, needing a new way through • You’re navigating grief, transition, or identity shifts • You want to feel more like yourself — or for the first time • You’re craving consistent, grounded support that honours your complexity and pace This isn’t a quick fix — it’s a space to slow down and feel what’s real. To unlearn what’s no longer needed. To build capacity for being with yourself deeply and kindly. Series Details: • 8 sessions, each 1.5 (with the possibility to overflow when needed to 2 hrs) • Valid for 6 months from purchase date • In person (Amsterdam) or on Zoom • Designed to unfold in rhythm with you — weekly, biweekly, or as needed • Option to extend or deepen the work after the series You don’t need to have the perfect words.
