Service Description
This 20-minute call is a space to connect — to feel into where you are, what’s calling for support, and whether this work feels like the right fit. It’s not a pitch. It’s not an intake. It’s a moment to breathe, arrive, and begin gently naming what’s present. You’re welcome to share what’s alive for you — the places that feel stuck, tender, unclear, or quietly shifting. This might be about your inner world, your body, your relationship, or simply a longing you haven’t quite put into words yet. Bring your questions. Bring your curiosity. Bring whatever’s real for you. If you’d like, you can take a few moments beforehand to reflect on what feels most important to ask or name — but you don’t need to prepare anything. Just come as you are. We’ll begin there.

Methods may involve discussion, guided reflection, and experiential exercises. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Client Responsibility: Your success depends on your commitment, participation, and follow-through. You are responsible for all decisions and actions arising from coaching sessions. Confidentiality: All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential and secure. Payments & Expiry: Payment is required in advance. Each package or session has an expiry date; unused sessions may be forfeited. Cancellations & Lateness: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Sessions missed without notice will be forfeited. Lateness counts from the scheduled start time. Refunds: If a package or service is terminated by Coach for any reason, unused prepaid fees will be refunded. Sessions forfeited due to late cancellation or no-show are non-refundable. Acknowledgement: You understand that coaching may involve personal or challenging topics and agree to release the Coach from liability, except in cases of breach of terms. Recording & Materials: Sessions may be recorded with your consent. Notes or recordings will be kept secure. Agreement: By booking, you confirm you have read and accept the full terms and conditions.
