Hello Beautiful Being,
Every Friday evening I give a Yoni Meditation class. And every week I ask the new faces if they know what a Yoni is.
And though there are still quite some who haven't got a clue, I have noticed a huge increase in the awareness of Yoni and Womb practices in the past few years. It fills me with a sense of excitement and satisfaction that people are increasingly curious to deepen their connection with their bodies. Understanding the true value of it, and some are specifically seeking out a relationship with their yoni as well.
If you're still scratching your head wondering what a yoni is, and if you have one or not.
yoni /ˈjəʊni/
the vulva, especially as a symbol of divine procreative energy conventionally represented by a circular stone.
In some traditions, the Yoni is conceptualized as nature's sacred gateway of all births, to life. It is usually shown with linga – its masculine counterpart. Together, they symbolize the merging of micro-cosmos and macro-cosmos.
You do not need to live in a female body to explore practices and meditations of the yoni.
Which is awesome, because there are so many yoni and womb practices popping up every day.
In this short 6 minute podcast I share what you can do to enrich the self-practices that you're already doing. Sharing the 5 tops tips I often find myself repeating in sessions to support deeper self-body exploration.
Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions or comments.
