How I learned to be kind to myself during burn out

The most confusing and profound thing I ever heard while I was recovering from burn out was to be kind to myself.


It was something that seemed so obvious and yet also very not obvious the more I tried to welcome it into my life.


I thought I was being kind to myself by making the changes needed in my life to come back to myself and choose a life that resonated with me. But I learned that it went deeper than that.
