We are wild beings in our deepest essence. And yet most of us have been raised to not express ourselves fully, to silence emotions, especially concerning anger. It leaves us feeling misunderstood, drained and stuck.

Supressed emotion lock our energy up in unhealthy ways. Releasing fear, anger, sadness, bitterness, and anxiety frees locked up energy, making it available to your vitality.

The authentic you is buried underneath all of that destructive behaviour. Our focus will be anger and fear, but tools can also be used for other negative emotions such as grief and anxiety.   In this workshop we acknowledge what our emotions are trying to tell us and give them space. Grow a toolkit to respond to your emotions and feelings, instead of storing them up. Create a toolkit that you can integrate into your regular life to help you acknowledge and embrace that part of yourself in healthier ways. So you can be you, authentically.

You will:

· Do meditations and exercises to connect you into your anger, express and release

· Learn how to release and express emotion with/through the body

· Do rituals to center and let go

· Feel the energy of your emotion

· Consciously connect into your inner world of emotions

· Explore what stands in the way of your inner truth, power and authenticity

· Learn to create safety for yourself as you meet your inner shadow, the dark unseen part of you and what you hide

· Practice a healthier expression and release of your emotion

· Become aware of what you do to repress and control

· Acknowledge and express your inner YES and NO (boundaries)

· Experience more freedom in your body

· Feel lighter, like a heavy load has been lifted

What you can expect:

· Together we co-create a safe space to face our shadow and light

· There will be active dynamic movement practices and somatic movement practices, still meditation and visualization

· A mix of group, partner, and solo practices

· It will be a multi-modality blend of different techniques from feminine arts, tao tantric practices, intuitive healing, energy work, sounding, emotional & body release, NLP, breath work and stillness. Loosely built up on a base program in a unique way that differs every time to offer each group what is needed.
