Imagine for a moment what it would be like to live without the heavy load of the past that you carry around. To put down the weight of the persona, hurt, shame, blame, judgement, resentments towards others, and more importantly towards yourself. The lightness and freedom that could arise inside of you when giving yourself that permission.

In this session we work with forgiveness, beliefs, vulnerability, and your deepest truth. Restoring your connection to your true nature, your essence and body. Practice embracing and honouring your root as the antidote to the separation that is present. Opening yourself to meet the vastness of who you are within the sacred stillness of being in-the-now.

You will:

· Re-connecting to your body & honouring it as a sacred space

· Feel spaciousness inside for self-love

· Flow more effortlessly into directions you want to go

· Unbind from the unconscious agreements of judgements and criticism

· Slow down to consciously respond to discomfort or ‘negative’ patterns with presence

· Restore energy and self-protection

· Stronger presence in the yoni

· Own your needs and reclaim your center

· Dive deeper into feeling your boundaries and what is healthy for you

What you can expect:

· Together we co-create a safe space to face our shadow and light

· There will be active dynamic movement practices and somatic movement practices, still meditation and visualization

· A mix of group, partner, and solo practices

· It will be a multi-modality blend of different techniques from feminine arts, tao tantric practices, intuitive healing, energy work, sounding, emotional & body release, NLP, breath work and stillness. Loosely built up on a base program in a unique way that differs every time to offer each group what is needed.
