About the Event

Being ungrounded can make you feel anxious and out of control, as you are easily influenced by other people's feelings, and your environment. It makes it harder to feel safe, create, or achieve what you want. It keeps you feeling easily distracted, unfocused, unsafe, anxious, overwhelmed, powerless and in a state of procrastination.

Grounding is a practice that connects you energetically to the earth. It allows you to be more authentically in your body, in the present moment, and feel safe, nourishing energy. You slow down, and enhance your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. A safe, steady stillness grows inside, creating a clearer way of thinking and being.

Surrendering into the wisdom of your womb, allows you to acknowledge your talents and gifts, know their value, and more easily achieve what you desire. Journeying into your inner world gives space to feel the tingles of your life force energy, allowing peace and harmony will flood your whole being.

Immerse yourself in your sensory perceptions, and come to a deeper unity with your own being, as you welcome the benefits of vitality, health, and wellness. Let me guide you.

You will learn:

· Basics of grounding into your body

· Some anatomical knowledge of your pelvic bowl, and female organs

· Step by step journey into your womb and inner world

After this class you can:

· Feel more centred, safe, and peaceful

· Feel more focused, and make decisions more easily

· Feel your vitality, and energized life force

· Connect with your creativity

This is a guided meditation, preceded by gentle movement practices, a bit of anotomy and followed by savasana. 

What to bring: Comfy clothing, a notebook, pen, and coloured pencils if you have some.
