Self-love is not a destination but a relationship — one that deepens over time. These meditations invite you to move gently, step by step, allowing space to feel, to integrate, and to meet yourself with compassion along the way.
Between each practice, take your time. Journal, walk in nature, move, rest, or simply breathe. Let your body show you what it needs as love takes up more space within you.
